Summary: Overall a very nice hotel. We were a sports group staying for a weekend competition and we found the stay to be quite satisfactory. The bar and buffet were especially lovely

Summary: Good hotel stay for Download Festival. Breakfast was nice, though a little cramped for the food stations. Staff could do with some extra training as I had to repeat 3x that I wanted to check out a day earlier, so they could free up the room, as the woman who seemed to be both bar staff and front desk was confused because I wasn't on their system for check in that day. Also weird that despite the booking being under my name, they checked us in using my partner's name which added to the confusion.

Summary: functional & clean as expected Amenities included gym, breakfast for £10. I would have liked to not be charged to park on site which was £5 in addition to your overnight stay but understand as it is near ish to the train station pride Park and city Centre. About 10/15 min walk to M&S Food and other fast food outlets.

Summary: The Hotel and room was was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was fantastic but the mattress was terrible, I usually have a hard mattress but it was like sleeping on the floor, I lost over 3hrs sleep through not being able to get comfy.
