Summary: Great play to stay, just a few minutes from Lugano. Excellent food too. Antonio made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. Strongly recommended!

Summary: The owner, Antonio, makes the stay at his property a joy. He is so sweet and genuine - so please make sure you get the opportunity to chat with him! He sat down to breakfast with our family and even made us a special treat of his father’s recipe. The room was specious and the beds were comfortable (one was firm, one was soft, so something for everyone). There was a heatwave and the air conditioning did a great job of keeping the room cool. We wish we could have had dinner there as well, but the restaurant was closed due to a staff event elsewhere. On-site parking was very convenient. Our only addition would have been an extra blanket on the bed under the air conditioner. =)

Summary: Antonio was a friendly and fun host! The room was large and well equipped. The hotel food was amazing and one of the best pizzas we had during our 3 country trip! 5 min drive to Lugano downtown, but the scenery at the hotel is amazing.

Summary: We stayed there for many nights and were completely satiesfied: The hotel is privately run and and the owner is very nice and eager to help the guests with every concern: tours, advices etc. The rooms are newly renovated and are equipped with modern furniture. There is also air conditioning in the room. The hotel also has a really good restaurant and from the terrace you have a nice view to the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay at Ombrone's.
