Positive: Extremely clean hotel. Friendly staff. Modern accomodation. Good breakfast. Safe private parking.

Negative: Dinner at the restaurant lacked taste, but for one night it was okay. Basic dishes.

Negative: The fact that when I asked for a walk up call the man working the front desk said he would do it if I gave him 20 Euros. I did not. He did write down the time for the call and then failed to call. Thank goodness I set my alarm. When I came down he was falling in and out of sleep at the front desk I would not stay here again. This was my only bad experience at a hotel in Bulgaria

Positive: I loved the views! Stunning! The breakfast is good and with lots of options. The staff is great and always helpful! Garage parking! Close to The Mall! Everything is amazing.

Negative: There was a confusion with the shuttle. It was a taxi and the driver tried to charge me after I already paid hotel. Seems like they’re not communicating very well. And lesson learned - the “shuttle” fee was way more than taxi would have charged me.
