Positive: Great hotel! Staff was pleasant, rooms clean and comfortable, food was delicious and there was plenty of choice. Property is really well maintained.
Negative: Some things were a bit worn out like bathrobes and such (had holes). Big pool is a bit cold. Children's pool had quote a bit of buildup closer to the edges. Kids club is also not that great - slide is very dangerous.

Positive: Spacy apartment, comfortable beds, clean, nice pool and spa area. Delicious food.
Negative: The hotel is located outside of the city. There are only 1 bedroom apartments, so for a family of 5 it can be a challenge to be accommodated together.

Positive: The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure every request was handled professionally. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel—everything was spotless and well-maintained.
Negative: Unfortunately, my sleep was disrupted by the lighting in the room. Despite the blackout curtains, there are two bright green lights that illuminate the entire space, and a poorly designed motion-sensor light under the mirror that triggers unnecessarily and stays on. ​The dining experience was also a major letdown. The beef and pork at dinner were so poorly prepared that it felt like a total waste of food, and breakfast was nothing special. ​Furthermore, the temperature in the pool area was completely inadequate. It is unacceptable for the air temperature to be lower than the water temperature; the lifeguard was literally wearing a jacket while guests are expected to be in swimwear. Considering all these negatives, the price-to-quality ratio is far below the standards expected from the Hyatt chain. It’s definitely not what it used to be.

Positive: Well maintained rooms!
Negative: Electricity shuts down automatically in each room within 20 minutes. So, you have no chance leaving your baby asleep with a baby camera next to him. Food at the restaurant had really a mediocre performance. But you can’t go nowhere else as there is nothing close by.
