Positive: The location and surroundings. Beautiful. The lady in the kids playroom was super nice.

Negative: Staff do not smile. They look like they are forced to be there and want to show you that. No one to help you with the luggage when you arrive. We had to do it ourselves and handle a small child. The food was the worst that I have had in a hotel, and this is supposed to be a 4* Hayatt hotel. The room was dirty. Shower floor had some pieces of stuff on it. The sofa and a chair in the room were fully stained ( don’t even want to know with what). The kids area in front of the playroom was dirty and the slide covered with bird poop. Also there is a device in the room where you setup a wake up alarm and it was not reset by the housekeeping. And we found that out at 6:24 am when we were violently awakened and our child couldn’t fall back asleep. Thank you for that!

Summary: The most beautiful location with very disappointing food, staff and facilities. Sadly not coming back

Negative: A bit crowded, we stayed at the same time with a planned event. It was hard to find a parking lot but valet parking was available. The buffet dinner was ok but a bit pricey.

Positive: We stayed many times at this hotel and alwasys enjoyed it. Large rooms, comfortable beds, superb SPA, beautiful lake area. The largest TV I ever saw in a hotel room.
