Positive: Location was great and the staff at the reception was very helpful. They helped me with my invoice and ordered a taxi. The hotel is very close to the city centre and the old town ruins (Serdica). There are a lot restaurants and bars near the hotel. The room 704 was clean, the shower worked well and the wifi was great. The beds were nice too. I stayed only for one night and it was nice.

Negative: Not sure if there were any parking spaces available.

Positive: Very comfortable hotel, I can't emphasize how comfortable our stay was. The location is right in the middle of the city beside a busy road, but the windows are properly sealed and it's very quiet with the windows closed. Air conditioning is working, bed is comfortable. Also the shower water pressure is very strong and very enjoyable!

Negative: Maybe the bedroom should have a little more bright down lights instead of only bedside lamp.

Positive: Nice, clean, modern hotel.

Negative: I was staying on the first floor. The neighbouring building had noisy construction work happening right behind the wall where my bed was from 7:30am onwards, waking me up and ruining my morning.

Positive: The hotel is in the center and very clean and the rooms are well furnished.

Negative: In the room the heater/AC was loud and it was difficult to sleep, the bathroom light was not enough, and I believe the staff could be nicer. They were not helpful apart from a middle aged blonde lady who was kind and helpful.
