Positive: Our stay was great! The hosts were kind, and the room was spacious, located on the first floor with access via stairs. We also had a closed balcony, which was a nice addition. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Old Town, making it very convenient to explore. We rented a car and had no trouble finding free street parking nearby. The area felt safe throughout our stay. Overall, a great place to stay in Phuket Town!

Positive: The location is very close to the old town. Staff was really nice.

Negative: The pictures should be updated! It does not look the same. The entrance leads right into a café. The hotel/rooms are in the back. We had been given room 101, which seems to be the only one located on the ground floor. The design matched the given photos, but the floor already has a lot of marks on it (quite used). Upon entering we could smell a mixture of weed and sewage. The window faces a wall, so there is no natural light, and thus we could not open the window to try and clear out the smell. The room felt like a stinky, hidden room. The bathroom itself does not have a window and therefore had a high humidity which seems to be a long-time issue as there is some mould growing between the bathroom tiles. Overall, the bed was very clean (quite hard) and the stay was fine for one night. But, the smell would deter me from returning or staying more than one night. Cannot speak for the rooms not on the ground floor.

Positive: The location is amazing, it’s in the outer perimeter of Old Phuket Town so you’re aware from the busy crowds but still very accessible. The staff are very nice and flexible and the room was very clean and quiet/peaceful.

Negative: Please note there are no elevators, so be mindful of this when carrying luggage.

Summary: A beautiful and quiet guesthouse, I highly recommend!

Positive: Beautiful property right next to the main areas. The lovely colourful houses are just around the corner. Always spotless clean. Good hot water. Nice bed with fluffy pillows. The balcony is a nice touch in the premium room as you can sit and have your coffee look out.

Positive: Its actually on the heart of old town and a walking distance from the photographic colorful buildings. Cafe on the downstairs is under maintenance which will not harm you. The rooms are cozy and nice to stay for a couple or solo.

Positive: 1) Communication: Pai was very clear and proactive. He even mentioned there was renovation work in the lobby area and gave us the option to cancel. 2) Location: Heart of old town, everything is walkable. The airport bus 3411 stops very close 3) Clean: Spotless white, the rooms, the corridor. Very classy. 4) Eco friendly: They give glass bottles with drinking water with refills and a dispenser with soap/ shampoo/ handwash.So no disposable at all.
