Positive: Cool atmosphere. Old world charm.

Negative: Downstairs rooms are a little noisy and ours was small. Upgraded to a junior suite for the second night. Much bigger.

Positive: Very beautiful & unique design with history. Provide snack, water, tea and coffee for the whole stay. Very convenient location as there are many good local restaurants, 7-11, museum, pubs nearby. On Sunday also there is a Sunday market in front of the hotel. Also there are parking lot available. Very polite and friendly staffs. Our famiy really enjoy our stay and will stay here again for our next trip to Phuket.

Positive: We were in the heart of Phuket Old Town and this hotel was recommended by a resident of Phuket and it did not disappoint. Immediately as we arrived, the staff were friendly and greeted us with a tea and a fresh towel before showing us to our room. Our room was as expected and matched the images, the bathroom was also beautiful. Within a few minutes walk, we were on the main roads and shopping as well as having something delicious to eat. On check out we asked to keep our bags with the hotel, they kindly agreed as we ventured out before collecting and we went on to our next trip. I would recommend to anyone looking to explore Phuket Old Town.

Positive: Everything! Was a lovely unique little hotel. Vintage architecture, furniture and decoration with matching music. Complimentary tea and coffee and interesting little snacks as well as all drinks in the room fridge. Great staff and would definitely recommend to everyone.

Negative: Window on door lets a bit of light into room at night so not full dark for sleeping. But not really a problem.

Summary: Excellent hotel and friendly staff! Wish we were staying longer than 1 night

Positive: The location was exceptional - right in the heart of the Old town surrounded by restaurants, markets and bars. The museums, temples and shrines were just a short walk away. The hotel's decor is beautiful - the lobby especially takes you back to times gone by, and the staff were helpful, professional and attentive during our stay. The complimentary snacks were an especially nice touch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody visiting this part of Thailand.
