Amazing location just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, Spring Training, Phoenix Open, and the best Restaurants AZ has to offer!!
The space
Class and Style are what you get with the Sonoran Chateau. Executive level home with elegant interior and designer touches everywhere. Feels more like a home than a vacation rental. Open floorplan with completely remodeled interior with high-end furnishings by a professional design crew. The moment you walk through the door, you will feel the effort to make this a top rental for the area. Bedrooms feature comfortable beds and high-end linens. Remodeled bathrooms with a modern feel and all the amenities needed. A fully stocked large kitchen featuring breakfast bar seating and stainless appliances. Escape to the backyard for an absolute paradise. Yard was completely redone in 2022 with the vacation traveler specifically in mind. Features include an optionally heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, fire pit, and games for the family. Custom Pergola with outdoor kitchen, sectional couch seating, and big screen TV is an area you won't want to leave. The backyard provides a unique space that offers travelers comfortable outdoor touches, like warm blankets for cool evenings, to enjoy the Arizona weather. Get in a game of cornhole or Jenga with family or friends, or rinse off in the brand-new outdoor shower area - a custom feature that truly sets this property apart from others!
The little touches that make a difference are all here. You'll find Youtube TV cable services on all TVs (in every room and outside), phone chargers in the bedrooms, a coffee bar, and luggage carts for each bedroom. All that you need is here to come and make vacation memories.
Convenient location with easy access to all that Scottsdale has to offer. Just minutes to Fashion Square mall and Old Town Scottsdale Shops. You will find some of the best dining, shopping, and nightlife in the valley, all within close proximity to this vacation home.
This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE, and no loud parties or disruptive behavior will be tolerated. This vacation home is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by multi-million dollar homes. We are not saying that you can't come here and have fun, as that is what we want you to do, but we require that you have fun respectfully with the Home and neighbors.

Pool may be heated for additional $75 per day or $400 per week.
No unregistered guests are allowed at the property without consent of the hosts. The amount of people you book for is the amount of people allowed at the home.
Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance of stay for pool heating as it does take time to heat. The spa can always be heated at no cost.
Must be 30 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.

Summary: This house is even better in person than the listing shows. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The yard was awesome for our family of 4 (mom, dad and boys ages 10 & 12) - the pool, outdoor 'living room' and games kept our family entertained and outside from 9am-10pm every day. It was a really fantastic couple of days!

Summary: Our group of six enjoyed our stay. The entire patio area was great for a large group. Plenty of seating, barbeque and large tv to watch games. We came for the mariner's spring training and drove about 1hour to get there.BUT we liked Scottsdale over Peoria for better rental options.

Summary: The property is advertised as having a “hot tub & heated pool”, but this was the very aspect we experienced issues with, requiring near daily communications with the property manager. The heater turned itself off, the app that controls the pool/spa wouldn't always turn it on, we had to check it daily to ensure it was on and manually turn the heat on ourselves, and once the spa even changed to the pool’s temperature for no reason. The house rules also explain visitors must be quiet as the neighbourhood is quiet, yet we experienced VERY loud music with alot of bass from a neighbour (spa side) on several days, impacting our enjoyment of the backyard. The fire pit wouldnt start either. Inside, the bulb above the stove was burnt out and the property manager couldnt fix it, and a smoke alarm suddenly started beeping every 30 seconds (property manager changed the batteries, but as soon as he left it started again, so all we could do was just remove the batteries again). Beyond this, the pros are the property’s location in Scottsdale is good, close to everything you need, & the house is well appointed, clean and comfortable with hot water and good pressure. Unfortunately the problems we experienced in the backyard, particularly with the pool/spa heating greatly reduced our ability to enjoy what we were hoping to get out of the property for our southern vacation - a quiet place to have a warm swim/spa each afternoon.

Summary: We really enjoyed our recent stay at this property! They thought of all the big and small details. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, spices. Property manager was responsive when we couldn't get the hot tub warmed up. We would definitely come back and recommend to others.
