Summary: We loved our stay at Montecito house. The home is unassuming but lovely and well appointed. Outside areas are awesome with a sheltered comfortable patio area with tv, a fire pit nearby, and a wonderful heated pool we used almost every day. Being so close to Old Town Scottsdale and the Greenway was very convenient. There were large TVs in every room together with surround-sound in the main living area. We found the neighborhood very quiet. Eat-in kitchen had all the necessities and the outside grill was great. Beds were very comfortable and there was ample storage space in all three bedrooms. The master suite had a walk-in closet and double sinks with drawers underneath. The master shower/toilet room was small but adequate. There is also a nice shaded patio area with seating in front of the house where we had our coffee every morning near a lemon tree. Richard the host was very helpful and responsive. We expect to be back for another stay next year.
