This amazing 2 bedroom luxury apartment is set in the prestigious
beachside complex of Bahia de la Plata near Estepona. The complex
offers great amenities from the series of pools and fountains
set within the impeccable communal gardens with direct access to the
beach, extensive two outdoor pools,
(closed in winter)an indoor pool and a spa with hot tub
and gym, to the gated and secure underground parking.
This quality beach front apartment is decorated in sophisticated
cooling tones and furnished to the highest standard. It also benefits
from free WiFi, A/C throughout and operates using the Domotic
system to control the A/C, lighting and electric blinds. Enter the
apartment into the spacious lounge/diner fitted with spot ceiling
lights, a flat screen TV with multi-language channels, a sofa and
dining table with chairs. Continue through the lounge and you have
access to the large, south-facing terrace which enjoys both open and
covered areas for you to choose between relaxing and dining in the
shade, to stretching out at taking in the sun on the loungers. The
terrace offers wonderful views over one of the two pool areas and
down to the sea.
The stylish and practical kitchen has a serving hatch through to the
lounge and is fully-equipped with appliances of the highest
specification. Adjacent to the kitchen is the separate utility room
fitted with a washing machine.
The spacious master bedroom is fitted with a large double bed and
benefits from fitted wardrobes, access to the terrace, a safe and has
a full en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath with a shower fitting. The
second bedroom is fitted with twin beds and also enjoys fitted
wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in massage shower
unit. Both bathrooms benefit from under floor heating.

Summary: Lovely apartment located in a quiet area close to the beach. Not too far from the town or supermarkets so it is in an ideal location.

Summary: There really isn't anything bad to say about the apartment, or Ricardo and Mariana as hosts. They have an excellent setup, very easy for checkin and checkout. The apartment is clean and well equipped, with plenty of space for a family of four. The complex itself has a very nice pool, and a well equipped gym. Be aware that the centre of Estepona is a good walk, about two miles - we like walking so it was no problem to us, and good to walk off a meal in the evening! The walking route is also very easy. However, there is plenty of parking in Estepona for people who prefer to drive. There is also Laguna Village nearby, which is a shorter walk and also has a few restaurants. All in all, a great place to stay!

Summary: This is a really lovely apartment with a fantastic pool. The air con is great and the apartment has all mod cons and is very well maintained. Both Ricardo the owner and Rebeca the manager responded quickly to any queries and were very helpful. The apartment complex is very well maintained, the grounds and both outdoor pools are excellent. I would recommend hiring a car if you stay here as it is a little way out of Estepona - it took us about 20/25 mins to walk to the nearest supermarket and 10 mins to walk to Laguna Beach which has a number of shops and good restaurants. Other than that there is not much nearby but a taxi into Estepona only cost €7-8. The beach outside the complex is not great but is better at Laguna Beach or in Estepona. Overall we had a great week here in a lovely apartment which I would be happy to stay in again albeit with a car next time!

Summary: Beautiful apartment in a lovely complex, swimming pools are really nice. Communication with the owners was brilliant as they replied quickly to any enquiries. Our only regret is not hiring a car as although not essential it would have made life a bit easier. Estepona is full of lovely restaurants, especially when you venture into the quaint back streets. We also got a bus to Puerto Banus & Marbella which was not too far. We used taxis and from the centre of Estepona to the apartment was around 8€, which was not too bad for 4 people. I would also recommend the restaurants at Laguna Village which is about a 10-15 minute walk on the coast path. All in all I would highly recommend this lovely apartment that has everything you need 😀😀

Summary: Very well-appointed flat. Spacious. Modern. Convenient. Block safe and civilised (no noise). Near beach. Own pool. Right on seafront. Excellent running opportunities. Massive supermarket relatively nearby. Local town (Estepona) charming, with many excellent eating opportunities. Owners of the flat communicative, prompt, and helpful. The process was very well organised.

Summary: Bahia de la Plata was fabulous in every respect. The apartment is modern, spotless and comfortable. Ricardo and Mariana were great hosts. They were able to help us in so many ways, and they even sent us a bottle of wine! The apartment is well-located, on the beach but also convenient to the major roads and nearby small towns. The gym and pool are nice amenities, and it was easy to take walks along the beach. The underground parking is very convenient. Estepona is a nice little city with a bunch of excellent restaurants. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: We were really pleased with the property. It had lovely modern fixture and fittings, and was very clean on arrival. During our stay the air con stopped working and hot water. We contacted the owners who arranged an engineer to fix the fault. This was dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. The owners couldn't of been more helpful, attentive and reliable. The only other comment/suggestion would be to include a map of the complex, showing where the Gym, indoor pool etc is located. And perhaps some additional pillows, and some extra crochery. We would highly recommend this property for a family holiday. We are missing it already and plan to visit it again.
