The majestic Villa Sildavia is located in El Paraíso, next to the golf course and just a few kilometers from Marbella. The nearest sandy beach is only 5 km away. At the sea or in the spacious, private outdoor area with swimming pool you will spend relaxing hours under the Spanish sun. The 1,350 m² exclusive villa has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms with underfloor heating and an additional toilet and can accommodate 12 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, JBL speakers, SAT TV with Apple TV, Netflix and over 1000 TV channels, 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers, and a safe. In the child-friendly accommodation you also get 2 cribs and a children's high chair. In the house there is additionally a private, fully equipped gym with a large selection of weights. In the bodega of the villa you will find a long table where you can enjoy a glass of wine or aperitif. Next to the bodega is a game room with billiards, ping pong and a screen.

Summary: Pros: Very spacious and intelligently planned / equipped house with beautiful views from the terrace. One the one hand it‘s big enough that - with a larger group - you still can find privacy, but at the same time never feels too big to be comfy. AppleTV, bluetooth speakers, ample kitchen appliances, multiple seating areas - amenities are vast…and if anything is still missing, Souaad is always happy to help. Highly recommended, we definitely want to come back! Cons: Our stay was too short. ;)

Summary: Pros: Rented house for two weeks in August 2021 and all agreed this is the best house I have ever rented. Big, beautiful, Spanish house with quality 'trimmings' - the wooden doors and tables are spectacular. The house is very beautiful - the architecture and the furniture. Loved cooking here as they had everything, made it easy, and the big kitchen made it fun for several of us to prepare meals together. The pool is wonderful, deep like we like it. Garden and pool maintenance taken care of, excellent. Housekeeper is on premises who is adorable but make sure to have someone who speaks Spanish or Arabic........or good sign language. I recommend renting this house, no hesitation.

Summary: Pros: Vilket fantastiskt hus. Stort och rymligt och super läge. Perfekt för 12 st då några av sängarna (bäddsoffor) var sådär. Köket var jätte fräscht, vi lagade alla middagar hemma vilket gick toppen. Inget behov av att åka ner på "stan" på kvällarna då poolhänget var så mysigt. Ett stort plus var hushållerskan som bodde i en lägenhet i huset och som hjälpte till att städa sovrummen och till viss del andra delar och tog hand om soporna och tomflaskorna. Vi hade en toppen vistelse och skulle gärna åka dit igen!
