Positive: The shared facilities were really made good, still far from 5 stars. I'd say this is a more like 4 stars resort, with rooms on 3 stars. Staff was really nice and they were constantly working on entertainment, can tell that the families and old people had a blast. The food, oh that was quite well must say - lots of fish, fruits, wonderful sweets and the only issue we had was that they tend to overcook everything in terms of meat (and omelettes:). So as long as it is sauted or cooked, you're good. The drinks were really good and also the guys working at the towels, bars and restaurants were super nice.
Negative: The noise, it was awful! The doors are not well isolated, and they seem to have a pretty old system where you really have to slam them in order to close them. Once, we even had the accident due to the process. There is a lot of old people that get up quite early, then you have the families which have small kids that can be super loud. Other than that, bathroom would really use a renovation - it was quite outdated and worn off. One day, we had a nasty rain the full day and when we asked at the reception for the umbrella, a girl was saying we should order it to the room (which was not possible as were already waiting for the taxi) and then she took the slowest walk to get it, as if I was there for her and not vice versa.
