Positive: Newly refurbished, spotless and clean, great aircon and fan, brilliant sound insulation and right next to a great beach. Fully furnished kitchen for use too. Also the hosts were very helpful with arranging transport.

Summary: Perfect stay, brand new accommodation and great hosts.

Positive: Everything is new, very clean. Super friendly family who takes care of everything, very welcoming and helpful. They also have laundry service and have a Tuk Tuk to take you to places. You can buy water for a good price at the property, they have a fridge and kitchen you can use. The room is very spacious and clean. Nice towels. Hot water. Highly recommended

Negative: Everything was great. A small night stand lamp would have made the room even better. For me personally the mattress was a bit too hard, but that’s a personal preference.

Positive: Great location, close to the train station and to Kabalana beach. The hosts were lovely and greeted us with cold refreshing towels and iced tea. The room was perfect, so spacious, great shower. They provide access to a full stocked kitchen if you want to prepare your own meal too.

Negative: I didn’t like that we only stayed one day 😂

Summary: Spacious, well equipped and handy to everything you need.
