Positive: It's a beautiful and spacious apartment facing Balboa Park. Its quiet at night and the beds are very comfortable. It was very clean when we arrived . The kitchen is very large as well an functioned well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider booking again. Customer service was fast to reply. We had an issue with a drain and this was resolved very rapidly.
Negative: There was only 1 set of keys available for our entire party (we were travelling as a group of coworkers) which was not a lot! We used the key lockbox outside but this felt less safe than with more keys or a keypad at the door. There was no separate toilet which would have been useful (all toilets were in a full bathroom) One bedroom (with the bunk beds) has no windows The lights were not working great - we had had an email about this in advance but we thought it was about the light bulbs, but instead the switches were the problem. Almost no light switches were working and this included the fan in the bathroom. They provided a lot of separate lights in most of the rooms (but not the washing machine room for example)
