Positive: The location was great - right near everything and we used UBER to get to meals, Zoo, Trolley, train, airport
Negative: Several times when I had questions - ie is there a hot tub? - the person in the office didn't know. Also the persons didn't know how to give me directions - all they would give me is a google map ! which I can do at home. I wish we had known that we could walk into Balboa Park museums (!) - didn't see them until the last day on the trolley ride ~ and we had to search for our own eating places - we didn't cook at all - just coffee in the morning

Negative: Though the interest was out when we first got there the property manager took quick action to resolve.

Positive: We booked this for the location of the Rock and Roll marathon. It was perfect. We were able to walk to the start and finish line. Also walking distance to great restaurants. The property is directly under the flight path, but it didn’t bother any of us staying there.
Negative: The third floor doesn’t get much of the AC, so it was freezing on the ground floor, comfortable on the second floor (which is were we slept) and hot on the third.
