Summary: The barn apartment was perfect for our visit to Knoxville. The property is beautiful and quiet (right on the river), and an easy drive to downtown. The owners are delightful and the property manager easy to work with. We would happily stay here again!

Summary: Beautiful property with responsive host. Only downside was a steep rutted driveway to guesthouse. Bring your 4 wheel drive.

Summary: Loved our stay here. It was short and sweet but so quaint and private. The view was incredible and the hosts were exremely friendly. Would definitely stay here again for a longer time.

Summary: It was great waking up every morning and enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the river. Our yellow lab loved taking dips in the river and chasing the ball in the wide open field around the barn.

Summary: This was a perfect stay for us. We had a soccer tournament and location, size and beautiful veiw of the river was amazing to wake up to. We will definitely be back for next years tournament!

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! It was perfect for our family of three and our dog. Our son had a great time playing by the river and catching fireflies at night. The barn was cozy and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We hope to return soon!

Summary: My 13 year old and I came for a mother/daughter weekend and a concert in Knoxville. We both absolutely LOVED this property. It’s so peaceful and beautiful. Far away enough to have serenity but close enough to everything. We will definitely be back.
