Positive: It is a bit unfortunate and sad that we couldn't get the sauna to work but the hot tub and pre-booked 2-hour swimming pool both met our expectations. It was also nice to see a few peacocks in front of the swimming pool area. This adds the magic to when we watch the sun set from the playground. It would have been lovely if we could go for an evening walk towards the fishing area, sadly the gate was locked and we didn't know who to ask. The common room and kitchen are very spacious. An extra appreciation is for the TV screen which is perfect for our game night.
Negative: It was unfortunate that the communal bin was not collected by council bin collector but also not sorted out by alternative mean either. It has put us off a little bit as the said bin area is at the entrance of the property. We also feel that bin liners and tea towels provided seem not enough for 8 people staying, especially we intended to cook for both lunch and dinner.

Positive: Amazing place. Highly recommend when travelling for work or just to get away from the city life.
Negative: Couldn’t get hot water working and wifi also did not work which was needed in my case as travelling for work (signal wasn’t as great for mobile data)

Positive: The space was enormous, very suitable for a family.
Negative: The advert stated private pool so we booked for our child's birthday. We were told via message that the pool shut at 5pm and had to be booked in 2 hour slots. Which ruined our plans as kids ahd school and work, as it was a bday treat we could only stay one night so the advice from the owner about paying extra for late or early check out didnt resolve the disappointment of not being able to use the pool.
