Positive: The best hotel I have done, there are so many beautiful and excellent things to say but I would say that The place (the hotel, the rooms, the view, the pools, the turquoise beach), the helpfulness, the hygiene,the serenity, the cleanliness, the security inside and outside of the hotel, the attention to the detail and Above all the stuff, they were amazing, always smiling, helpful and listening (special mention for the chefs and the waiters of the buffet, always smiling and welcoming in addition to doing a very good job next door). Everything is constantly cleaned, facilitated, the hotel is opรฉrational 24 hours a day so that our comfort and our stay goes extremely well. A perfect trip to hurghada in part thanks to this hotel and the staff who work there, so thanks to them!

Positive: OMG what an amazing experience. From when we entered the Reception till we left. I stayed there in 3 rooms with my wife, 3 adult children and my son in law and we were all amazed. Very polite and very serviceminded staff, from the Front Office Manager till the housekeeping. So clean everywhere and the food was very delicious and good quality. We got nice juice and a refreshing towel when we entered the Palace, and a very nice lunch box when we left. We will definitely come back. It was amazing

Positive: Very clean, beach was amazing, you can even see coral and tropical fish.So many pools to choose from. Loved that it had an adult only pool.
Negative: Bottom line is, this Resort in racist towards Muslim women. If you wanna wear a bikini then you're forced to be in a certain pool only. When we questioned Management about this, they said it's because they were international resort and that some tours didn't like swimming in the same pool with Muslim women. We said that's the definition of being racist and we did not enjoy the fact that this is their own people and they're treating them like that. We guests here and their country, we should have no right to be upset where they swim.

Positive: The hotel was everything we wanted for our stay. What surprised us the most was the cleanlines of everything, not just the rooms. It shows age of the structure but everyrhing is well taken care of and not at all in bad shape. We stayed in the swim up suite and I can't recommend it highly enough. The adult only areas of the hotel are a godsend, we stuck to those as they were less crowded and less noisy. The teppanyaki and the egyptian restaurants were really good to eat at. The staff was also very nice to everyone When we requested a late check-out they gave it to us free of charge. The service in the a-la-carte and the pool restaurant was exceptional I have to say. All in all a great stay and we would visit again sometime.
Negative: Keep in mind these are minor things or things the hotel can't really do much about. The beds are too hard, but the hotel provides a softer cover which helps a bit, but not by much. The food in the main restaurant is mostly variations on the same theme, not bad at all, but it gets bland after a while. The a-la-carte restaurants are strange (outside of egyptian and teppanyaki), the food either has a strange twist (ketchup on a good steak) or is just plain made up and not what you expect (thai red curry was basically a vegetable broth with chillies, not even near a curry). At the end of our stay the hotel filled up with locals or some other arabs and the main restaurant changed. You mainly had to wait for food, like omletes, as these people demanded 8 of them from the cook while they already had a full plate of some other food. I'm only mentioning this as it was a really stark contrast from the first half of our stay.
