Positive: we liked everything about the property โค๏ธ 1- The staff at the hotel gave us a nice welcoming when we arrived specially Mr maged . 2-the room was very relaxing and amazing 3- the non Egyptian female waiters are very kind and helpful , i want to mention them all but i donโ€™t know all the names because i did not deal with them all , only mary and divine โค๏ธ 4- the houskeeping staff are all amazing 5-the hotel brought us honeymoon cake , fruit basket and a very warm letter from the hotel manager wishing us a very pleasant stay in our honeymoon ๐Ÿฅฐ 6-special thanks to Mr Ibrahim at the reception , he made all his effort to make our stay amazing 7-Mr mostafa , the one who was responsible for the timing of the transportation booked us a free car to take us from and to the airport . a very special thanks to him .

Positive: The entire experience was wonderful. The staff was great especially Ibrahim at the concierge desk. He went over and beyond to ensure we are happy. Also the guys at the bar on the beach as well as the guys at the second level pool. The restaurantsโ€™ staff stopped at nothing to make me happy especially Salama. There are too many things I loved about this vacation to list here.
Negative: The hot tub at the terrace needed a filter change .. I would have loved it done before arrival.

Positive: Everything about the hotel is great. The staff is friendly (especially the foreigners), the room is perfect and clean, the food in the main restaurant is the best.
Negative: The hotel parking is not moderated properly (my car got hit and the parking staff just denied it) The organization of the celebration packages is very very poor: * I didnโ€™t get the room breakfast on the day of the occasion. * The decorations were delayed. * The dinner wasnโ€™t a romantic โ€œcandlelightโ€ dinner (just a regular table at one of the a la carte restaurants) * The cake was presented in the most non-subtle way ever.
Summary: I would recommend it for couples willing to have an awesome stay but wonโ€™t recommend celebrating occasions there.
