Welcome to our 'barn-dominium' with 1 bedroom and a beautiful, newly remodeled spa style bathroom with walk in shower. We have full size laundry washer and dryer and a full kitchen. You can see Carancahua bay from the property and is nearly walking distance to the community boat ramp.
Boca Chica is a beautiful bay community with a great restaurant (FishVille), park/play ground for the kids, and private/community boat ramp.
With the queen bed in the bedroom, the full sized sofa bed in the office, and the large sectional couch you 'could' sleep up to 6 people but it is more comfortable with around 4 .

Summary: Yet another stay at Pelican's Landing in Boca Chica. As always, house was in great condition and Jan was a pleasure to work with. The house has everything needed for a coastal getaway, and if you do need anything the neighborhood store and restaurant is a minute's walk away. Thanks for a great weekend!

Summary: This is our 3rd time at this property and as always we very much enjoyed it. The house is great and everything you need is available in the unit. Very quiet and very peaceful area. Hubby enjoyed fishing on the pier and I just enjoyed relaxing for a few days. We will be back again soon.

Summary: Charming Cabin Had a few bumps but the Manager and Owner was there to help us out. We visited Port Lavaca most of the time which was a very nice town. Have lots of fishing piers in the town and the neighborhood there was a fishing pier as well. There is also a little store/restaurant that was very good for the times you don't want to cook anything.

Summary: Amazing! We had last minute additions to our party, and there ended up being six of us; four adults and two kids. The space fit and slept us all with no problems. MUCH bigger than it looks in the pictures. Jan was great, very quick communications. Can't say enough about the house. Super clean and well laid out. Walked to the restaurant for a dinner and a breakfast. Fantastic experience overall. Will 100% be back.
