There is room for all with two comfortable living areas, two gas fireplaces, a primary bedroom on both the first and second floors, plus four additional bedrooms, one with a separate entrance perfect for in-laws or a nanny. Any chef would delight in this smartly designed kitchen with handsome cabinetry, gleaming stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertops. No expense was spared with attractive updates inside and out, including a new riprap, dock, and boat lift complete with lighting, a new hardscape patio, uplighting, exterior paint, and stonework. Come see this Rehoboth Beach waterfront gem and learn why this secluded community is a best-kept secret among the locals. LOCATION: Located on the Rehoboth Bay in the community of Old Landing. You are bayside with easy and quick access to Rt. 1/Coastal Highway. It is approximately 5 miles from downtown Rehoboth Beach and the boardwalk. six
PARKING: Private driveway for approx. 6-8 cars.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, double garage, WiFi, central AC, full washer & dryer, wine refrigerator, gas grill, double oven, commercial-grade ice maker, 5000 square feet, ceiling fans throughout, and bar area in the kitchen with beer keg tap.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Boatlift will handle 20 ft boat and no more than 2800 lbs with gas. It is not for a pontoon boat; it is only for boats such as a scout, Key West, skiffs, etc. You need at least 15" of water to get the boat off the lift because the bunks are 6", and the arms are another 5" and some extra water to get the boat off the bunks to float. Most boaters on the bay tend to time the tides, so they get it out as the tide begins to come in, are out all day with the high tide, and return when the tide changes. The second option is to remove the 12 ft bunkers and replace them with 5-6 ft arms ( 2 on each ) to have two jet ski lifts. Each lift handles lbs so that you could put a pretty big jet ski on each one. This house is not pet-friendly and is non-smoking. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Summary: We had such a wonderful stay at this property beautifully tucked on the bay. This house had everything we needed and more. Great space for multiple families. Also there were plenty of beach chairs, a cooler and a fire pit that were not listed on the amenities which was a pleasant surprise!

Summary: Great home. Furniture is a bit wobbly and need tightening. Grill was very very dirty but my husband cleaned it. Realtor very responsive! Owners should place umbrellas in the backyard. There is no shade and not usable during the day. Great stay. Everyone was comfortable. Would rent again!!’

Summary: The first time I've stayed at a VRBO or other rental property and found everything to be absolutely as I had hoped. This is a wonderful property with many ways to enjoy it. We rented for a two-day business meeting among five colleagues and found plenty of room to spread out and ways to organize. The relaxed atmosphere helped us be very productive, and we bonded over drinks and stories on the dock afterward. We used the grill for outdoor burgers, sausages, hot dogs, etc. Bedroom accommodations are well laid out, providing everyone with privacy and comfort. The description of the kitchen doesn't do it justice - it's perfect for gatherings. Everything you need is right there.

Summary: More than enough room for our entire family to coexist comfortably for the whole week! There is a grill and fireplace on site and they also had plenty of beach chairs to borrow if needed. Tons of outdoor space to relax or play games with family. We had almost no issues with anything and there were more amenities on site than shown in lisiting so that was a bonus!! Could use an umbrella or 2 for the patio tables for those crazy hot days but we made do! We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back.
