Summary: Didn’t notice any room service except for one when I pretty much stayed in the room, but never saw dirty towels taken out or bed made. Way too much noise on upper floor, woke me up several times each night. There wasn’t much of a breakfast selection compared to other locations or even other chains.

Summary: We have stated other Wyndham hotels, but this one was a disappointment. The outlets in the kitchen did not work. We had to move the microwave across the room. Stains on the bed comforter. Ceiling in bathroom is badly cracked and stained. The blow dryer in the bathroom did not work in any of the outlets. The pitcher of milk had old milk on the rim at the breakfast area.

Summary: My husband and I reserved the whirlpool suite for our staycation. It was mostly clean in the sleeping area but i cannot say the same for the bathroom. There was a strong urine smell around the toilet area. The toilet had feces around the two tabs that hold the toilet seat on, more under the lid, and on the rim. The base under the bowl and the pedestal of the toilet was streaked with filth and urine. The whirlpool had a dirty ring around it, knobs and shower head was dirty around them, and dirty handprints on the surrounding shower walls. There was complimentary Dove shampoo, conditioner and bodywash but only the bodywash wasnt empty. No big deal there, we used what we brought anyway. We just informed the cleaners we passed in the hallway at checkout. Because we got the room for a discount from an app I didn't want to complain to the front desk. But, luckily my husband and I have our own cleaning business and had cleaning supplies in our vehicle which we used to clean the bathroom. Even after thouroughly cleaning and scrubbing we still had to fill the whirlpool several times and clean it out with the jets on because hair and other debris was still floating around (that came from inside the hoses for the jets) after we filled it. I'd say cleaning took away from our alone time. Complaining about it would either cause a room change(after we were settled), or someone coming in to clean (awkward for them and us).
