Summary: We could not stay in the room we booked because it was on the second floor and I’m handicap and the hotel did not have an elevator , so they give me another room not handicap accessible they had none available. I paid for a suite with a Jacuzzi. And I end up getting a standard room, not accessible. There was nothing else available at this hotel or the other two in that town. I will be calling hotels.com to discuss my room rate. I was overcharged for that type of room. Plus, the hot tub in the main pool area is broke down.

Summary: My stay was okay. The bed was very comfortable, but its height did make it difficult to get into at 5'2". The breakfast provided offered some variety. The light over sink was very dim. There was no counter top by the sink to place grooming products. The hole in the bathroom wall was visible and needed to be fixed (See attached pictures). I did talk to staff and they are in the process of remodeling rooms. Overall, staff were friendly and helpful. If I need a place to stay in LeMars, IA, again, I might consider staying here again. I would definitely request one of the renovated rooms if I was going to return to this location.

Summary: We stayed here for the Orange City Iowa Tulip Festival. This was the perfect location. The staff were very helpful. Beds were comfortable; room clean. I highly recommend this Baymont. FYI LeMars is the Ice Cream Capital of the WORLD!!!

Summary: Friendly staff, very attentive. Nice amenities! Could not figure out how to open up the shower so had to sponge bathe... That sucked. Good spread for breakfast too! Healthy and not healthy options, but something for everyone!
