Summary: I had booked 2 rooms for 3 adults. When I arrived they insisted I booked 1 room thru Expedia. My sister had the original confirmation showing 2 rooms for a total of 338. They gave us the 2nd room but charged us 180 for it. The girl at the desk was very rude and said it was our fault for using a third party to book.

Summary: The staff was nice, the room clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast however was horrible, high sugar cereal, a couple of bagels, overly sugary yogurt, a couple of bananas and no protein options. I ended up going else to get my breakfast. If you're going to offer a "free" break there needs to be more effort placed on it. There were several of us who opted to eat else because of the lack us options

Summary: I was disappointed with my stay. The breakfast options were not great, and the front desk staff was quite cold and unwelcoming. On the other hand, the kiosk staff was friendly and helpful. However, considering the price of the room, which was nearly $112, it was not worth it. The room had an unpleasant smell, and overall, I did not feel it met expectations. I would likely avoid staying here again in the future.

Summary: I didn't care for the kiosk check-in as the primary option for checking into the hotel. I personally prefer a real person. This was my first experience with this and hopefully it will be my last. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. We ended up going to Walmart and purchasing new pillows and pillowcases to get us through the weekend. I will remember to bring my own in the future.

Summary: It was a very reasonable hotel, nothing amazing, but it was clean people were nice enough, and it was comfortable. Plus it had an indoor pool and hot tub. Fitness center was tiny, but we didn't end up using it anyway. It was cheap and I had no problems. I'd go again if I needed a place to stay.

Summary: The room I was in was dirty. Bathtub faucet was lose. The floors needed vacuuming and there was hair on the hairdryer. Hot tub was warm not even close to be hot. The ladies room in the pool area was very ran down. From floors being dirty to the ceiling falling apart.
