Newly constructed waterfront home for the renter looking for executive, high-end accommodations. Top of the line finishes in this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. Professionally decorated with a coastal vibe and a beautiful view overlooking the Fox River, we have over 100 feet of frontage, a large deck and yard. You have your own private pier to dock your boat, watch wildlife, or enjoy the beautiful sunrise. We take great pride in offering a clean and comfortable place for you and your family to stay while visiting the Waterford and Milwaukee area. This waterfront home combines rustic scenery with easy access to the many attractions located in the area. This takes glamping to a whole new level! The home is furnished with a king-size bed and TV in the master en suite on the main level. Upstairs is a huge full bath and 3 large bedrooms all with queen beds. Also upstairs in the loft (we call the book nook) is a desk (in case you have to work on your vacation) or curl up on a comfy sofa or lounge chair overlooking the water. The lower level has a theater/rec room with an 85" smart TV, dart board, pub table, full bath, commercial (40 lbs.) ice maker and large bedroom for the kids (or adults) that sleeps 5 comfortably in bunk beds. The incredible kitchen features everything you can possibly think of. Featuring a coffee maker, double oven, gas cook top, microwave, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, beverage fridge, dishwasher, and toaster. The 9-foot island seats 5 and the dining room seats 8 comfortably. Washer/Dryer, towels, and linens provided. Outside, there is a large deck with a natural gas grill, patio heater and table that seats 12 along with comfy outdoor seating area to read a book or sip on your morning coffee while enjoying the abundant wildlife and lake views. 2 kayaks and many lifejackets are provided on site and a rental place is just upriver. Level 2 EV charger plug provided by the garage. Lawn games and fish poles are also available to our guests. Relax by the fire pit or on the deck overlooking the water. We are looking for adults who can be considerate of our property and our neighbors, as the home is part of a residential area.
On the Fox River around the corner from Tichigan Lake north of Waterford, we are located near restaurants, shopping, snowmobile trails, kayak rental, and bike trails. Perfect for the family who enjoys kayaking, tubing, water-skiing, fishing, snowmobiling, hunting, or just plain relaxing. We do not have a beach and swimming from our pier is not conducive because of the muck. There are sandbars on the river and lake for swimming. Your safety is our top priority. This is why we have a fire extinguisher on each level, Surveillance of the yard outside between the garage and the house, 8 smoke/CO detectors, and we sanitize all utensils and high touch surfaces.

Bring your own boat and tie up to our pier. Check out the sky bar at Doc's on the Fox which is next to River City Marina (for a boat rental) or stop at the Hilltop bar and restaurant which is just down the road from the house (almost walking distance). Base price on website is for up to 8 occupants.
Ten minutes to 45 holes of golf... And Over 100 holes within 20 minutes. 25 minutes to Alpine valley for you skiers or concert goers. Over 20 miles of biking and walking trails. And it is all within 25 minutes of Milwaukee and 90 minutes from downtown Chicago!
