Summary: This hotel has it all! Location is quiet but still close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Super clean. Has a full kitchen which is great for extended stays. Beds were new and comfortable with good pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Summary: The owners have been putting in the effort and cash to upgrade this property over the last few years. They have changed their pet policy to a 2 pet limit so this will be my last stay as i have 3 cats. Sad because it is a perfect middle of the trip location and we have made 30 stops here over the years.

Summary: If you have a load of pets, are a heavy smoker, and don't mind trading filth for low price, this is the place for you. I spent time checking into Baymont online and none of it was honored. There were so many things not functional that it would not be possible to list them all. The towel rack and toilet paper roll fell off the wall. We had to fix out own dishwasher. This place has not had anything other than a surface clean in a long time. Things I found thar should not have been in the room were a mac and cheese box, old ketchup, a pet dish, and a used drug pipe. On the upside, the pool was was nice.

Summary: I stayed months ago and stay was great. This time around was not the best. The kitchen in room had crumbs on floor like it wasn’t cleaned well or not cleaned at all, the staff at desk was not the best when it came to breakfast. It was 8:40 and a customer asked for biscuits and gravy because that was what was served as shot breakfast but was gone when she arrived. The lady at front desk said there was no more. It should not be first come first serve but customers should be served till the time posted which was up till 9 am. If they run out before 9 the. Another batch should be made. There was no milk left for cereal or syrup for pancakes and they would not refill. Very disappointing to see how they treated that customer and by not refilling the other items. It was not yet 9 and if we gave them business by booking there then they should have been kind to refill and make some extra biscuits and gravy. Overall stay experience was a 4 for me out of a 10. I don’t think I’ll ever book there again.

Summary: Check-in was a breeze. The room was spacious and clean and the kitchenette has full sized appliances. There is plenty of parking. Easy shopping within 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly and professional.
