Summary: Place was nice and welcoming. The smoke detector would not stop going off. We had to buy a $7 battery and fix this. Would like to get reimbursed for that. Otherwise fine.

Summary: This was amazing!! Our family had such a great time and it was big enough for our entire family! Check in and communication was outstanding. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: We could not have wished for a better property or owners to work with for our stay. We had a small family gathering to celebrate birthdays and everyone enjoyed the house so much and sitting on the back deck looking over the fields. There is great attention to details from the provisions to the landscaping (loved the Blue Spruces) to the cleanliness. The pool would have been used but the teenagers were too busy playing ping pong. We want to go back to this wonderful house and many thanks to Sheila and Sam for all their hard work.

Summary: The onwers/ managers were awesome to deal with. I had to make a change on the original dates of my reservation & they were very nice and understanding while helping get them changed. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

Summary: There was plenty of space for 7 adults and two infants. There were several items of convenience provided for the kitchen and laundry. We had a ball with the ping pong table. Lots of fresh air, stars, and space. It is a little isolated but very easy to get to bigger busier places like Wichita and a relief to return to a quiet peaceful place. We loved our stay. Sam is easy to communicate with. We would love to stay again.

Summary: House was extremely clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat. The fire-pit was a game-changer as we enjoyed a fire and looking up at the Milky Way at night.
