Upon entering this lovely abode, you'll find yourself in the cosy lounge room, complete with a warm and inviting fireplace, perfect for those chilly evenings or relaxing moments with loved ones. To the left of the lounge room, you'll discover two comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. Adjacent to the bedrooms lies a well-appointed bathroom, equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Moving forward from the lounge room, you'll be welcomed into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen boasts ample space to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy delightful dining experiences with your fellow guests at the charming dining area, creating lasting memories together.
To the left of the kitchen, you'll find the convenient laundry room, complete with an additional toilet for added convenience during your stay.

A mere five to ten-minute stroll will take you to the stunning Berrara Beach and Lagoon, where you can enjoy sun-soaked days by the water, indulge in beach activities, or take refreshing dips in the ocean. Additionally, the rental is conveniently situated just a short drive away from a local café, offering a delightful selection of treats to satisfy your cravings.
Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Summary: The front of the property could be presented better and tidy up the rubbish around the property. Inside was clean but a few things to improve: the surf board as a table near the tv looks great but is really unsteady, the shower flow was quite weak, clean out the bathroom cupboard, also the cupboard under the kitchen sink really smells. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon for only 2 days so wasn’t going to ask anyone to come out to clean the cupboard. I knew I had to bring linen eg towels and bed sheets but I didn’t realise I needed to bring teatowels - were these meant to be at the property? I recommend a taller fence in the backyard as there was little privacy from one neighbour. We enjoyed the nearby Berrara lagoon each day and playing some of the games provided. Perhaps provide wifi since the mobile reception is terrible- I know we were pre-warned about this though. While the property was reasonably priced for being close to the beach, if the above issues were addressed I would have felt better about our stay.

Summary: Real estate super efficient, location is impeccable, fisherman's Rock was brilliant. House needs a clean, dust and dirt behind furniture, kitchen has a layer of grime on all items not stored. Curtains smell and need a wash.

Summary: Lovely rustic stay in this nice little cottage, loved the outdoor and indoor fireplaces. One thing to note is there's no Wi-fi, not an issue at all was just a surprise to us so mentioning as an FYI.

Summary: I was glad to be on holidays in berrara In Such a secluded location. Even though the property was not clean when I arrived the manager made sure a cleaner came very quickly and remedied the situation. Spacious property lovely back verandah close to beach and walks

Summary: Located a short walk from the beach and an even shorter walk to the National Park bike trails, this little cottage was perfect for our family. It was a good size with comfortable beds and all needed amenities. It is a cheaper property listed on Stayz and we rate it 5 stars in that price bracket.
