Negative: It has one driveway for both A and B units, so we could only park one car in the driveway. Thankfully there was free parking on the street.

Positive: The location was absolutely incredible - it really is 100 steps to the beach. My spouse and I were able to walk there in the mornings to watch the sunrise, in the evenings to watch the sunset, and basically whenever we wanted! So easy to go back to the cottage if we forgot something. We even walked there barefoot. The parking was super easy, even when the shared parking space was taken, there was always something right in front of the cottage. The place was so quiet. Lots of amenities to enjoy, from appliances such as the coffee machine to the grill, and they even had beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use. The place had that adorable old Florida charm, having been built in the late 1930s, but was still clean and up-to-date with appliances. The antique furniture in the bedroom was such a treat!
Negative: Couldn't get the grill to work, but honestly not a big deal and probably something we were doing wrong.

Negative: TV had some issues and toilet handle broke and I reported them on checking out. Renter in the rear did not share driveway and parked the car in the middle of driveway at the entry.
Summary: Overrall, the cottage is great, kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay.

Negative: WELL, THE POWEROUTAGE FOR 36 HOURS WHICH WAS CAUSE BY THE HURRICANE HELENE ON 09-26-24 WAS NOT PLEASANT BUT THAT'S LIFE ON THE PENISULA.
