Walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, liquor store, coffee and bagels. Two TVs with Roku, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, dishwasher, small all-in-one washer/dryer. AC. 2 Beach Badges. 280 sq ft.

Summary: We had a couple of days to spend at the shore. The cottage had everything we needed for a short visit for 2 adults. Quiet street, great location steps from the beach, walkable to many restaurants. Parking may be more difficult in the season but we had no issues with street parking. Host easy to communicate with, quick responses.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage is beautifully renovated and the perfect size for a couple of small family. Very close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay again.

Summary: As noted in many reviews, the location of this property is excellent. It is a few houses from the beach, so you can easily walk back and forth from the beach to the house. It is also close walking distance to a number of good restaurants. The beach is well maintained and is extremely clean. Although the house is small, the location and upkeep/maintenance provides a terrific experience for beach lovers. The owners were extremely responsive to all questions we had. They also provided recommendations for things to do in the event of rain. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

Summary: Such a great cottage right ON THE BEACH! Love LBI and have been going to the island for years since I was a kid. My girlfriend and I decided to take a quick 3 day trip to the shore for some sunshine and relaxation and we weren’t disappointed! Communication with the host was so accessible and fast and the cottage was just right for what we needed! Would totally recommend! Thank you !!

Summary: Can't say enough lovely things about our weekend at LBI! This cottage was perfect and our host, Richard couldn't have been more accommodating and communicative! Only a few steps away from the beach! We also loved the patio area to sit at and have our coffee in the morning!
