Summary: Hotel is beautiful, we enjoyed the lobby bar. Our room was big, modern, and clean. The shower however could have been cleaned much better. We did let the hotel know and they said there is a construction flaw and they sent someone in to clean, it didn’t help much. Yes, I would stay here again however. Staff were all very friendly too.

Summary: Hotel is amazing - only surprise was that the road/traffic was incredibly loud starting at 6 am. Definitely a detractor from the overall experience.

Summary: It’s a nice hotel however I don’t think the pool was well maintained or clean. It was not monitored properly either. They don’t have lifeguards which is fine if guests followed pool rules but they don’t. No one watches that children under 16 are accompanied by adults and the pool becomes mayhem. Children under 4 were in the hot tub unsupervised while parents were 20 feet away in the main pool. Traffic noise at the pool is very loud as it’s on a main road. I was there in September after Labor Day and I couldn’t get bikes or beach chairs during the week; it was weekends only. Also on Monday everything was shut down, no bars or restaurants or food available at all. Very disappointing. Front desk staff and valet parking attendants were helpful and courteous, view from the roof is nice.

Summary: We had an interesting stay. Some great points, some not so much. The room had very nice layout/ furnishings and the pool was great!! Parking was convenient. Our first room had an unusually noisy AC unit and management was quick to move us to an upgraded room. Our next room showed more wear and tear. Cords hanging down from the TV, sofa was ripped on cushion, corner of shower outside was black in the corner eww. Granted we were there at end of season but there is no reason for the hotel to look over used. Oh, and there were crumbs in front of our new room (potato chips and cheese it’s maybe?) I pointed out to whoever moved us and it stayed that way for two days. Are they understaffed?? Finally and most importantly, security concerned me. Anyone could drive into the parking lot and enter the lobby. No security and doors to garage did not need a room card to enter YET the pool entrance does require a room key? Please correct this!! LBI Hotel looks like and charges like 4 ⭐️ but I was disappointed.

Summary: Absolutely LOVED our stay! 🤩 The suite was HUGE—honestly, it felt more like a beautiful mini apartment, complete with a full kitchen and everything you could possibly need. The hotel itself was fantastic, and the pool was amazing! 🏖️☀️ Plus, the beach is only about a 10-minute walk away, which was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and I’m already counting down until we can come back next year! ❤️🌴✨ Highly recommend this hotel!
