The Salty Seahorse Cottage is a charming vacation destination located directly on the beach in Westbrook, CT. It is available as a weekly rental. There are a limited amount of dates available for use, so please book ASAP. Enjoy your own private steps to the water. Seating areas include two separate fire pits. The gas fire pit is surrounded by comfortable wicker seating and is adjacent to the sea wall for optimal views. The traditional wood burning fire pit is located toward the back of the property in the sand with additional seating. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for use with life jackets. This property has its own 10 seat bar (The Salty Seahorse) on site with a gas grill built in. At low tide you can walk to Salt Island on sand bars. You can also walk to downtown Westbrook in under a mile. Great location! Enjoy beautiful sunrises to the east and amazing sunsets to the west right from the patio. Inflatable hot tub is on site with seating for four. Outdoor shower with hot water on site. Panoramic views from every room! There is central air throughout the house and complimentary WiFi. Summary: This is a beautiful property with the ideal location right on the water. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you need and the owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Our family (including kids) had so much fun with the paddle boards, kayaks and hot tub! Great memories of a wonderful family vacation.

Summary: The home was very nice and clean! My family had a great time enjoying a long weekend at the property. The beach is so nice and clean and we enjoyed using some of the water toys. I would definitely return to this property! The hosts were so nice and even got my mother a birthday card as we were celebrating her birthday. Thank you!

Summary: Salty seahorse was very nice. Loved the large outdoor spaces and hot tub, could use some minor replacements outside but still very nice. Had everything you need inside. Master bedroom had remote dark shades and nature sounds to sleep to. Very nicely decorated with ocean theme. Location is close to everything and on dead end so very quiet. Owner very responsive. Area is also very pet friendly. Great rental.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. We had 6 adults for the week. The house has everything you need. Although there are many excellent restaurants near by we cooked on site every day. Nice outside bar, gas grill, wine refrigerator, paddle boards, gas fire pit, wood fire pit why would you need to go anywhere else. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had so much fun at the Salty Seahorse!! It’s such a beautiful home with so much character. We booked for our weekend weekend and were lucky enough to host immediate family for our rehearsal dinner and it was the perfect ambiance!!! The outdoor bar area was perfect for my husband to cook and still enjoy our guests and the fire pits were amazing!! Highly highly recommend for a relaxing and beautiful vacation!
