Summary: The place was nice, it's in a gated community and it's a little cumbersome to get in and out of especially late night. I left a nice gray hat there and they said they would hang onto it for me, when I was down south next weekend I called back and they said: "We don't even have a lost and found…" Also, it looks like a plumbing and lighting fixture has been changed out in that place since about the 90s…

Summary: Pleasantly surprised as it is obvious the owners are remodeling. Looks way better than the pix on VRBO. Bedrooms are all large. It did not get 5 stars because to get to the property, one should not be handicapped. Lots of stairs to the3 condos ...or a long graduated path up to them.. Inside there is no bathroom on the living level. One has to go down a flight of stairs to use the restrooms in the bathrooms.

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised with the size of this home, the view, the close proximity to the sand and the fact that each room had a full bath and it's own patio. I will most definitely be back!

Summary: As stated in the on-line description this property could use some updating and a little TLC, however it was very clean and we loved having 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The view from the deck is spectacular.

Summary: Nothing can be better than the beach at Pajaro ! The condo was a little dated, could stand a paint job. We appreciated the 4 bedrooms/4 baths but would have been nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level (stairs are tough for us older folks). Kitchen stocked well. Our only suggestion was needs a large fry pan.

Summary: Might need some renovating, but for the price, it was absolutely amazing. 10/10, would stay here again if we can book for a similar price. It was a steal, we even decided to stay an extra night it was so nice.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at the condo. We loved having a separate bathroom for each of us. The only negative was that I had called to make sure there was a bbq grill, but the propane tank was empty. Luckily, my husband had taken our spare tank.
