Summary: The condo was exactly how it was listed. It was very comfortable and cozy. We were on the lower floor so you can hear the kids running upstairs but it was not all night. The beach access was so close from condo. I would go back again.

Summary: The condo was exactly as stated in the listing and the owner was very prompt with all communication. The location was great, it was a short walk to the beach where you could walk north into Sunset State Beach . The resort is gated with friendly. Easy drive to Monterey about 35-40 miles. It fit all our needs and we would stay again.
