Summary: Our trip to Puerto Rice covered a good portion of the island so we picked a couple different places to stay. The location of this property was very convenient as we visited Old San Juan and explored El Yunque National Forest. The unit was clean and a great fit for our family of 5. The access to the washer and dryer was a blessing in the middle of our trip. The only complaint is something that has nothing to do with the unit itself. The ocean/beach adjacent to the property had a lot of grass in it. I am not sure if it is something that is always like that in that area or if it was due to a recent storm or other activity. Thankfully, there was a pool, so after getting a little beach time in, we headed to the pool. I would book again if we traveled to the area in the future.

Summary: It smelled clean when we entered so it was nice. Everything clean and nice beach theme decor. We were there for a business stay, so we couldn’t use the pool and other amenities but it was a great site!

Summary: This was a very nice place! Everything worked. Extra towels and beach chairs were great. New Years fireworks on the beach were a plus! Highly recommended

Summary: This place was perfect for a few friends to get away somewhere warm, with a private (almost empty) beach to ourselves, well maintained grounds, and relaxing pool area. The place was clean, cheerful, and had all the necessities in the kitchen to make a few meals. It was nice to go somewhere that was not crowded, and the community felt very safe. Highly recommend.
