Summary: We stayed in this Harbor Island condo October 22nd-25th. The property was just as described (better), and the location was perfect for my wife and me. Condo was very tastefully decorated and we had all of the amenities that we needed. So nice not to have to carry linens/towels. Weather while there was pretty incredible, and we spent all of our time outdoors either on the beach, on the Harbor River strand, or exploring Hunting Island beach and park. At night the natural darkness allows you to see the Milky Way (something I used to take for granted). Got to know the owner of the new store at the Beach and Racquet Club (pools) and ended up watching one sunset from the terrace there. Dozens and dozens of birds roosting - the most impressive were the wood storks, which are actually a protected species. So good to see their strong comeback on HI. Overall, lots of wildlife (inc. bald eagles), and we've never seen so many dolphins. Both on HI and on pier at Hunting Island State Park. We tend to eat "lite" for breakfast and lunch, and then enjoy an early supper. This trip we ate twice at Johnson Creek Tavern (one takeout and once in bar). Both meals very good. Also ate dinner at The Fish Camp in Port Royal. Excellent atmosphere, views, and food. Lunch on the way down at Plums in Beaufort. It is always consistent from our experience. Again, we are outside people, and averaged walking 8-12 miles per day. So for us, HI provided the ideal getaway spot. We have already talked about a return trip in the fall. One last note, communications with both the owner Martha and property manager Jennifer were extremely professional and prompt, and that made the experience even more seamless. Thanks to both of you.

Summary: Everything went perfectly with our stay at Harbor Island. The condo was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Jennifer, the property manager, stayed in contact and was very helpful as it was our first visit to the area. We are definitely planning to return in the future and would rent this condo again. Thanks to the owner for her hospitality.

Summary: As others have commented, the location of this condo is great. We enjoyed the views of the marsh and the quick access to the beach. The condo is very neat and comfortable. We appreciated the great quality of the deck furniture. We ate many meals there. My wife especially liked the artwork throughout the condo! Would definitely recommend.

Summary: We truly couldn’t have had a better weekend at the villa!! It was PERFECT!! Close walk to the beach on the beautiful boardwalk. The villa was stocked with plenty of towels in the restrooms, the kitchen had everything we could have needed, and the beds were so comfortable!! It was beautifully decorated and SO clean!! We will absolutely be back again, wish it was sooner rather than later!!
