Views and position, at beach, with fabulous deck and bar on which to relax, BBQ, watching surfers, people, dolphins and, in season, whales, or cross the road to join them. Right at the beach, be lulled to sleep by waves, ideally positioned for a stroll along the beachside walk/bike track to restaurants, both Mollymook clubs, cafes, including Bannisters Pavillion, Gwylos, Rick Steins Celebrity Restaurant, and Mollymook Shopping complex as well as 5 min drive to the village market town of Milton or the Harbour town of Ulladulla.
Note: We have a NO infants, NO pet, no exceptions policy! Beach Bar is a rustic, nautical themed motel sized room with a comfortable queen bed, flickering electric log fire, quaint bathroom, flat screen smart TV with netflix, Binge and wifi. Best suited for those who plan to eat out at the many cafes, clubs and restaurants as there is no stove, just tea /coffee and light food preparation with the convenience of a toaster, bar fridge, microwave , kettle, boiled egg cooker, sink, crockery, cutlery, glassware. A BBQ is available for use on the verandah. Additional appliances such as a slow cooker, electric frypan are available from the laundry as well as beach umbrella and beach chairs. Access laundry for washing machine.
The big timber deck can be transversed by other house guests to link with common stairs and laundry, but the use of the deck’s furniture is exclusive to Beachbar.
A clothes airer, iron and ironing board are in wardrobe. Suits a couple for a few days stay, but is not pet , child or infant friendly, and is non smoking inside. It's elevated position with steps is wonderful for views but is not suitable for the frail or mobility challenged.
Strictly paying guests only, no visitors,

Summary: Stunning Location, Excellent accommodation for a couple with no kids But the communication needs to be improved. We were not given access to the key locker and spent one hour on the phone with Stayz agent ringing us several times trying to resolve issue as the landlord was not available on the time of check in.

Summary: I’m 77, and decided to leave my relatives and friends for a few days. I found the place! A small room is with all the amenities and the wonderful sound of the waves, which I was ready to listen to and listen to. The windows and doors are tightly insulated from active street noise, and I slept peacefully at night. The neighbors were very quiet. I ate delicious sea food. I had a wonderful holiday! Thank you!

Summary: The property is exactly as listed. It is on the smallish side, but it has everything you need. And if the weather is good, the outside sitting areas more than compensate, especially with that view. The only downside is that the road noise during the day is noticeable, but we didn’t find it a problem at night.

Summary: Perfect accommodation for two. The view, the sound and the location are beautiful. We were able to listen to waves crashing onto the beach as we slowly fade off to silent sleep. It was amazing. You're also never too far away from everything.

Summary: The big drawback was the road noise. Plus the very steep drive. There are 30 steps up to the room from the road. The room/apartment is very compact clean and well appointed. Suitable for a young energetic couple. The rate should be adjusted especially for winter guests. The only advantage is the water view.
