Beautiful 2 bedroom beach apartment.Celebrity chef Rick Stein Bannisters and pool bar 1 km or a closer walk to Bannisters Pavillion Bistro , Mollymook shopping Centre, Bowling Club or in the other direction stroll along beachside walk/bike track to superb beach cafes, restaurants, Mollymook beachside Golf Club and the new free childrens' playground, adult gym equipment and basketball court.
Has reverse cycle air conditioning ,Wifi ,Netflix, Binge and a gas BBQ.Both the verandah and apartment have great ocean views and beach access. Has ocean fronting luxurious queen bed,plus 2nd bedrm provides either 2 king single beds OR joins into a King bed. Unit has ocean view living area, air conditioned , comfortable leather lounge suite with two recliners , large flat screen TV, new fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with shower. Bed linen supplied, and towels. Parking on street, close, in good view but access from the street is unsuitable for frail or mobility challenged.Has large verandah overlooking the beach.BBQ to enjoy wavewatching,sun lounges, beach fishing, magnificent Mollymook Golf Club in walking distance or courtesy bus, walk to cafes and restaurants, nearby golf courses include 9 hole or 18.Is a 5 min drive to Ulladulla indoor leisure centre for gym, spa, indoor heated or outdoor pools, Ulladulla Harbour sea pool, cinema, ten pin bowling, hiking tracks, climb Pigeon House Mountain, markets and Milton township is always worth a stroll. This is a great destination for day trips to Jarvis Bay National Park, Mogo Goldfields, zoos, seaside towns and villages.

Summary: We loved this property. Great location across the road from the beach. The property had everything to make it a cost stay including lovely bed linen and Foxtel.

Summary: Wonderful location! Felt welcome from the time I booked. The decor was fitting to location and was well thought out with the guests in mind - from disposable shower caps to a small sewing kit for those unexpected emergencies. Definitely worth another visit!!!

Summary: Our third time staying here and it just seems to work very well for us - familiar setup and instant relaxation mode. Great location opposite the beach. Kate and Jeff are responsive hosts and always good at fixing minor issues. Love walking to the end of Narrawallee via the beach for a coffee at Jane and Cane. Lots of good drives and walks and places to see nearby in the region. And handily, Mollymook / Milton seems to punch above its weight in terms of restaurants - Small Town, Gwylo, Harvest, The Altar Bar and of course the Bannister Twins with Rick Stein "up the hill" and Roof Top Bar and Grill if you are "downtown". Small Town was definitely a highlight this trip, do not miss it (but need to book well in advance)! Traffic on Mitchell Parade has definitely increased over the last few years and does get busy/noisy at times - hasn't bothered us enough to become an issue so far as the sound of the surf largely drowns it out, but others with a different perspective may disagree and who am I to argue?

Summary: This property suits us very well, suspect we'll be back yet again in the future. Easy walk to both ends of Mollymook, well set up and great views of the ocean. This time the weather gods didn't smile on us, but there's so much to do in the surrounding area it really didn't spoil the break that much. Excellent communication with Karen & Jeff, who are very responsive and friendly. Recommend highly!

Summary: Wonderful 2 night stay...neat and tidy 2 bedroom apartment with amazing view of the ocean to sit and enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon wine. Enjoyed a long walk along beach and around headland...loved tbere was a coffee van 200 metres down road and a short taxi ride to Ulladulla and to Cupitts Vineyard where would definately recommend for lunch or dinner. Mollymook a sleepy oasis worth visiting.
