Summary: Nice quiet place, but had no washing machine which when staying on the beach and fishing being one of the most common reasons for staying in the coromandel , kind of needed one And Mozi spray a must.Still enjoyed

Summary: Going to sleep to the sound of gently lapping waves and waking up to views over a calm and sheltered bay made this bach a relaxing haven to stay in. Even on a stormy night with a power cut the place still felt cosy, sheltered and warm. We loved the quaint, authentic kiwi bach style of this place - even though it wasn’t brand new it was tidy, nicely painted and furnished and had a comfortable bed with lovely fresh linen so felt both homely and clean making it a pleasure to stay in. And although small it was well equipped and set up with most of the kitchen and home essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Worth being aware that there are no laundry facilities available. We knew this and it wasn’t a problem for us for our short stay. But for those staying longer it’s worth knowing. We would recommend to other couples and small groups looking for a quiet spot to relax away from everything. Nothing better than a view like that over water.
