Beachfront Sunset is a 5-bedroom haven that boasts unbeatable beach access (just 3 houses down!) for perfect sun-soaked days. Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.
WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!
Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.
Parking: We can fit up to 6 cars in the driveway.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Beachfront Sunset welcomes you with a light-filled living area as soon as you step inside. The open-concept design seamlessly blends the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Relax on the spacious sectional sofa in the living room, catch up on shows on the flat-screen TV, or step out onto the expansive deck for a breath of fresh air. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a large island with bar seating, making meal prep a breeze while keeping you connected to the conversation. The dining area features a large table with stunning ocean views, perfect for enjoying meals together with the backdrop of the calming waves.
The split-level layout offers privacy for sleeping arrangements. At the top of the stairs, you'll find a convenient bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom nearby. Downstairs, two luxurious master suites await, each with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony. These private retreats are perfect for couples or families seeking some relaxation. An additional bedroom on this level features a queen-sized bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, ideal for additional guests. Finally, a spacious bunk room with a twin bunk bed and two sets of full-over-full bunk beds provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for kids or larger groups. This room also offers access to an exterior side deck for additional outdoor enjoyment.
Head outside to the sprawling porch that runs the entire width of the house. Here, you can enjoy panoramic ocean views – perfect for starting your day with a cup of coffee or unwinding with evening cocktails as the salty breeze washes over you. Underneath the house, you'll find a large patio area with picnic tables and a BBQ pit, creating the ideal space for cookouts and family gatherings. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- This community only allows BLACK TRASH BAGS. We provide trash bags under the kitchen sink. Please refrain from using white bags.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

Summary: Easy access to beach. Path direct from property. Be aware vehicles are allowed on beach. Easy check-in and check-out. Plenty of room. The bottom bunks are in the floor. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Summary: Overall, the listing was as described and it was a nice home that could accommodate a large group. It is right on the beach however beware that it gets terribly busy with lots of cars going up and down. There is tons of room and space for a large party. We only used 3 of the rooms. Pets were welcome which was a plus. Upon arrival, the key wasn’t in the lock box but management replied very quickly to get us into the home. There was a broken cabinet and trash can in the kitchen but nothing that was an inconvenience to us but were reported for repair. The kitchen had just about everything readily available for me to cook all our meals using what we brought. We would book again.

Summary: Truly loved the place. Great location, clean, patios and great large living area with giant couch. Perfect for extended family. The 2 king bedrooms are like having 2 master bedrooms and worked so well with our family. All rooms are spacious and my favorite thing is all of the TALL chairs across the deck. Height is a big issue with me on deck furniture and these were perfect!!! We spent so many hours out there. Will stay here again next time we come.

Summary: The home was not as nice as the photos led us to believe. We arrived to a broken cabinet (door was on the floor), broken garbage can, and numerous ceiling light bulbs were out. That’s kind of a big deal because there are almost no table lamps, not even in the bedrooms. The toilets required additional cleaning and I’m not convinced all the sheets were changed as some were suspiciously wrinkled. However, the view was fabulous and so are the deck chairs. I also received good communication from the property manager.

Summary: It was as described in both the listing and in the reviews. It is an older home that has been updated in decor. It is multi-level inside the home. Good thing we didn't need the bunk beds as the bottom bunks are on the ground which would've been more like camping had any adult had to use them. The bathrooms have not been updated but they function.
