Summary: We took my mother in law with us along with my 17 year old. The condo was clean, well stocked, and beautifully decorated. The Indies House was a wonderful community. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the ease of getting to the beach. We would definitely stay in unit 206 again!

Summary: Communication with the property manager was excellent. Check in was easy. The beach is just a few steps away and the pool area was great! Not too crowded and very relaxing. Comfy bed was greatly appreciated.

Summary: Host was super responsive—easy checking in/out. Updated condo—nice size and nicely appointed. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely pool(though our weather was chilly). Easy beach access. Quiet condo but right across the road was grocery and shopping so super convenient. Condo is located at the north end of Ormand beach so it is quieter—not far from Granada Blvd where there are restaurants, the Casement House and small museum. We hope to stay there again!
