This 2013 home has it all, sauna and hot tub, gourmet kitchen, elevator, morning and evening decks, two masters with ocean views, tv room, games galore, full wet bar with built-in mini-fridge in the great room, all built with accessibility in mind. There are two master bedrooms upstairs, one has a large wheel-in shower with three showerheads and wheel under bathroom counter. There is a huge gourmet kitchen with everything you will need to prepare fabulous meals including a 5x8' island with prep sink. There is everything a cook could want from high-quality pots and pans, two sets of dishes, many, many small appliances including an espresso maker and coffee grinder, and spices in the spice drawer. There is a gas BBQ on the deck off the kitchen too. You won't find a shortage of spatulas and specialty cooking items like a zester or garlic press. Everything for cooking great meals!! The beachside deck has cedar seating and two Adirondack chairs as well as a round 3-4 person hot tub overlooking the ocean. There is a cedar sauna on the first level for those that prefer that. There are 4 bedrooms. No futons or hide-a-beds in this house! This home was built to accommodate physically challenged individuals. We even have a beach wheelchair for guests to use.
You won't find a more comfortable home. There is WiFi throughout the house and a 65 inch Smart TV in the theater room with a large, soft, and comfortable sectional with lounger. There are 42 inch smart TV's in both master bedrooms so you can check your email or watch TV in bed. A stereo in the great room with built-in speakers provides music throughout the upstairs. There is a notebook to play Pandora music already hooked up but if you prefer, bring your own tunes on your device and hook them up with the cable provided. There is also an Alexa device you can ask to play any type of music. Lyrics will show up on the screen!! The kitchen has granite countertops, 3 sinks, a pantry, plenty of storage, and many appliances to make your stay complete. There are bikes, boogie boards, kites, sand toys, beach chairs, skimboard, corn hole, and a crab cooker in the garage. An outdoor hot and cold shower makes coming in from the beach easy for the kids and pooches. There is a bin with a variety of dog shampoos, towels, toys, and blankets for the dogs. There is a portacrib and high chair to accommodate the very young as well as baby gates for the top of each stairway (indoor and outdoor). We even have a special “cupboard under the stairs” for the Harry Potter enthusiast. There is a community pool just 7 doors down the street that is open during the summer and available to renters for a small fee. Water is kept at a comfortable 85 degrees so it is nice even on cloudy days.
There is a limit of 6 cars and trailers are not allowed..

Summary: My brothers, sister and spouses enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect as we are in our 60’s and appreciated the elevator. My sister in law is in a wheelchair and it was great she had access to the entire home. What a view!!! Loved the ocean and we walked on the beach daily. Thank you for an incredible stay!

Summary: It was so amazing!This place had absolutely everything. My husband is a paraplegic and he was able to enjoy pretty much everything! This place has an elevator and he was able to be with all of us as we made memories together! Theresa and her husband were available at anytime if we had questions too! Right on the beach and it couldn’t have been more perfect!

Summary: This house was amazing. We did a lot of cooking and baking and we found every utensil and appliance a cook could want. Everything was neatly labeled so they could be put back correctly. All appliance and extras were top of the line and there was consideration for every need.Plenty of space for sleeping, bikes available, grills and patios all clean, furniture comfortable. I hope I get a chance to stay here again.

Summary: We booked this for a family holiday. I was recovering from foot surgery so the elevator, walk-in shower, and lift chair were great. The kitchen is fully stocked unlike a few that claimed they were. There is even a KitchenAid stand mixer. The kids like the sauna and hot tub. We will be back.
