Summary: Lovely, spacious property. It was very well equipped with lots of rooms for a large family. We loved the huge screened porch and recreation area, hammock and swing set, grilling area, and kitchen. The showers were on first floor but were very nice with good water pressure. My only complaint was the locking system. The owners provided one key that locked from the outside, but could not be locked or unlocked from the inside. And if you lock yourself out from the second floor, there is no way to get back in. We were unable to completely lock up the home when we went to the beach because the key only worked on the one door. Otherwise, it was a marvelous place for a vacation.

Summary: This house was perfect for our children, grandchildren, aunt and uncle. There is plenty of room to spread out, but also a great screened in porch for gathering. The deck overlooking the ocean provided just the spot for early morning coffee and watching the ships coming and going in the harbor. The kitchen is well appointed with 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators as well as plenty of tableware and cooking utensils. The 2 showers are located on the bottom floor, away from the bedrooms and other bathrooms; this is the only drawback to the home. Our family will be back!
