Summary: This was our second time staying at this property. The thing that we like most about it is the location. The house itself is old and needs updating which we mentioned last time we stayed. The location right on the beach is perfect.

Summary: We have been staying in this home for the past 5 years, and each time has been wonderful. The updates they have done over the past couple years have been great. The location is fantastic, but our favorite things about the house are the huge windows facing the ocean, and the ramp, instead of stairs.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had great weather and the beach was terrific, as always. However, the house was older and in poorer repair than the pictures portrayed. Could definitely use some updating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our family. The location was in a quiet, golf-cart friendly beach neighborhood, just far enough away from town that we didn't have to deal with the craziness of spring breakers. The customer service was excellent! Dee Dee, the property manager, texted me with beach updates and fun things to see, and was there within two hours when we had an issue with one of the showers. We've rented from multiple agencies in Gulf Shores, but Coastal View Vacations was the easiest and friendliest we have ever booked with! We will definitely book with them again.
