Positive: It was very close to the beach and very clean! There was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. The full kitchen had everything that we needed to cook a few meals there as a family. It was very quiet in the area and we really enjoyed the stars at night!

Negative: This is going to sound strange, but there was no dustpan for me to sweep all the sand into after sweeping it up. I had to use the vacuum to get the extra piles of sand up off the floor after I swept. There was also a little bit of handyman work wear some doors didn't want to shut properly but honestly it was a great value for what we paid!

Positive: The house was amazing!! It was beautiful, comfortable, & big enough for privacy. All updated appliances, the back deck was peaceful & a great place to sit at night & listen to the waves crashing on the beach. The bathrooms have low step showers, so they were easy step in/out. The dining table was big enough for 8 people. The kitchen is stocked with dishes. It could use a few more pots & pans for cooking, but other than that, it was perfect. It has its own private washer & dryer. You will need to grab some trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, & toilet paper. They provide a few of each, but if you're staying more than a weekend, you'll need to grab some. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plus, there was an outside shower to was the sand off or just to cool down 😊

Negative: There wasn't anything I didn't like. The location was great. There were 2 Dollar Generals within a mile.
