3 Bedroom Condo in Townsend's Inlet, Sea Isle City

A beautifully remodeled condo that is just steps to the beach. This gem is a rare find that is the second house from the beach in the highly desired Townsend Inlet section of Sea Isle City NJ. This elevated 1st floor townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths, and two decks with spectacular views of the water. The house has been upgraded with many amenities, including stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stone fireplace. This beautiful condo is second from the beach but backs up to the dunes on the back side of the house, with gorgeous unobstructed views from the living room and both decks.
Bedrooms: 1 master with queen, 1 with 2 twin, 1 full size bed
Bathrooms: 2 Full,, including one with bathtub
Outside shower, grill, Internet and cable, flat screen TVs, parking for 2 cars
Includes 5 beach tags
We only rent Saturday to Saturday from June to Mid September
Within walking distance to meet the needs of all - grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, shopping, packaged goods, marina, fishing piers, library, recreation center offering tennis courts, basketball courts, skate park.
Transportation available (jitney service) all along the island to access the promenade, additional entertainment and recreational opportunities.
It is just a short hop over the bridge to visit, Avalon, Stone Harbor and ocean city.
**During season we rent from Saturday to Saturday only. For unpublished weeks or Off season we will only consider stays of minimum of 3 days

Summary: A little slice of heaven. The location and beach were beautiful. The property was cozy, relaxing and a perfect size. The views of the dunes and shoreline from both front and back decks were great. Charles was extremely informative and very attentive to reaching out to confirm we were ready for our trip. As someone with an insane work schedule and the lack of ability to slow down and focus on things like preparing for a trip, his outreach to ensure we had what we needed made me feel much more at ease. We look forward to hopefully booking again in next season!

Summary: The house is very nice, there is an updated living room and kitchen. Very short walk to the beach. Great if you have kids when you need yo walk back and forth from the beach to house. Owner is very accommodating.

Summary: We had 4 adults and 2 children (6yo & 8yo). The living room/dining/kitchen area was spacious enough for all of us to be hanging out and you cannot beat the location. We were 2 seconds from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants and a little market for last minute needs. I loved this house.
