Summary: The room was large, clean and newly remodeled. The shower was very nice and large. The breakfast was ok. There was plenty of parking. We had a nice stay.

Summary: Room was clean. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast is sufficient to prepare for a day in Santa Barbara. Vending machine for ice cream was out of order.

Summary: The check in staff are fabulous. We have stayed here many times and just love the evening crew. In addition to the location, the rooms, happy hour, pool and breakfast are all top notch. This being said, on this stay the check out clerk in the morning was a different story. Rude and abrasive. Hopefully this was a one off and next time will be back to its stellar reputation. Will report the experience to management.

Summary: We had a pleasant stay, but there are some things from a woman's point of view to be aware of if you decide to stay here. What little light they do have in the room is very dim. The vanity lights aren't good at all and the vanity itself is very small. So if you're on a girl's trip, just be aware that you should bring your own mirror with a light, you won't have much space to get ready and there aren't any other outlets next to the other mirror.

Summary: We stayed at this hotel for five nights. During our stay, we requested housekeeping on nights 2 and 4; however, on night 4 the service was missed and never completed. After a long day out, we returned late to find our room still dirty. We had to request at least clean towels, since a full cleaning was no longer available at that hour. Overall, the rooms could use an update. The carpets, while not visibly dirty, are quite old and make the space feel worn. The rooms definitely need some TLC. The breakfast included in the rate is exactly the same every single day. For longer stays, this becomes repetitive very quickly. It would be great if they could rotate the options at least every couple of days. The same goes for the wine, cheese, and grapes offered to guests—it’s a nice touch, but also identical each day. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and respectful, and the location is great, with a beautiful ocean view just across the street. Overall, the hotel has good potential, but there are several details that could significantly improve the guest experience.

Summary: Breakfast was ok, bread/pastries were very processed/packaged, sausage and eggs were mediocre and eggs were watery; not too many options, cheap/Smart and Final-purchased products; the room had some mold in the bathroom and could have been better cleaned in many areas; vending machines advertised were empty and decrepit; better toiletries would be nice; in-room tea would have been nice; property overall was a little funky and not clean or updated
