West Beach is quite an unbeatable location much like the center of a wagon wheel, with the beach, the harbor, activities, festivals, restaurants, bars, train station, State Street, The Funk Zone and cafes stretching out in all directions. No need for a car when you stay at one of our units, everything is a short walk or bike ride away!
Professionally interior designed to capture the uniqueness of this design, this property is filled with Santa Barbara local treasures with quality bedding and linens. This property gives you the "resort like feel" yet the comforts and amenities that only a home can provide. Guests can stretch out and unwind and have privacy all at the same time...there truly can be “two masters” in this beach villa.

Summary: Your duplex is lovely with spacious and functional kitchen. We enjoyed the attractive decor, except for a very disappointing living room set up. It has no arm chair with a light for reading. The old tired couch and entertainment center weren't consistent with the rest of the furnishings. My husband has balance and walking disabilities, so dropping down to the low seating there made it off limits for the most part. He also would have appreciated a few grab bars in the shower to make it safer. Kitchen needs towels. Thanks for the complimentary coffee. We had a very enjoyable time both relaxing in place and out on the town for activities and dinner. Thank you.

Summary: Beautiful place with all the amenities, even coffee! Nice patios front and back, spacious bedrooms, and a beautiful kitchen. Close walk to beach and restaurants and quick access to the State Street businesses, stores, restaurants….and funk zone bars and restaurants. All in all it was a wonderful stay!

Summary: This is a wonderful family home, with a spacious living area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, garage, a large rear garden with bbq and a variety of seating areas, and a pleasant front garden that gets the morning sun. The property is a couple of blocks from the beach and the so-called “funk zone” that offers many restaurants and tourist options. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. There was some minor noise from the upstairs apartment, but nothing out of the ordinary. The large, walk-in showers were good, and the kitchen was well appointed with useful cooking equipment. Overall, an extremely pleasant stay in a beautiful town. We will certainly return!
