Location, Location, Location!! We have 2 Condos available, this 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom, in the most desirable and exclusive area in Santa Barbara at West Beach, just a few steps away from the sand. Ideally located just two short blocks from the beach between Stearn's Wharf (Pier) and the Santa Barbara Harbor, this romantic getaway allows you to leisurely walk to the harbor, the pier, restaurants, wine tasting or just spend your time relaxing or biking. We are also located just two blocks from the "Funk Zone", Santa Barbara's urban wine trail with over 20 wine tasting rooms and restaurants. The cottage is a great choice if you desire a central location where you can just park your car and walk or bike. No extra fees except cleaning. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. The Condo:
This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom private Cottage. As you can see from the photos it is upstairs and has its own large and private 200 square foot deck. The deck is covered and functions as an additional outdoor room which has a patio table and chairs for four with beautiful views overlooking a Zen garden. The deck is a wonderful place to eat alfresco, just relax, or get some work done on your computer. The kitchen is modern and bright. The living room, dining room, and bedrooms all have tile throughout. The bedrooms all have queen size beds. It also has its own private washer and dryer.

Summary: This is a terrific place to stay if you are in the Santa Barbara area. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean. Staying at this condo, You can walk to pretty much the main attractions while enjoying Santa Barbara for less than most of the hotels in the same area, which are not as clean or as nice as this condo. State street is a short walk as is the beach, marina and pier. We rented bikes and rode all over and spent a few hours at the zoo. The condo is upstairs and we rented the one with the balcony. The balcony is awesome! It's really large and covered. (You can sit out and have coffee if it is raining) We found the beds very comfortable, and the condo has a very welcoming feeling to it. We didn't have to run the AC, (although it was there in the kitchen area if we needed it) The condo has pretty much everything you need for a wonderful time. This condo will be our new go to place when we visit Santa Barbara. Thank you for a great time in an awesome place!

Summary: Great location, lots to do! Recommend bringing beach towels with you as we had difficulty locating some for purchase. Otherwise a great stay! Clean and accessible with the right amount of space!

Summary: It’s a great location for walking and accessing nice parts of Santa Barbara Peyer and Harbor. Just a little weird, feeling with cameras, watching the balcony cameras in the stairway and cameras in the driveway.

Summary: It is such a relief when rentals end up being exactly as described. This cottage condo was not only in a perfect location (esp. for self-caterers) but the entire stay was easy and enjoyable. Stephanie maintained clear communications and there were no problems. The pleasant deck overlooking her unique garden is the very definition of 'added value'.

Summary: Fantastic location. 5 mins walk from the beach and very close to several great restaurants and other activities.House is small but does not feel small when you use it...Nice patio which we didnt use much because of the weather.Neighborhood is very quiet and felt very safe.My family enjoyed the stay very much
