New roofs, catwalks,balconies etc. The unit is on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and lush gardens. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and full amenities. There are 2 Bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) 2 full baths with towels and linens. In the screened lanai you can enjoy a meal at the table and chairs. Internet and SmartTV are included. Laundry is located at the end of the hallway near the elevator. If you like cooking outdoors, you can grill by the pool or in the garden area. Summary: Overall, great stay with super property manager, whom I had the pleasure of meeting before check-in. Great pool and right across the street from direct beach access! Unit provided everything I needed with a cozy, beachy feel.

Summary: My wife and I enjoyed everything about this property. A beautiful compound, great location and walking distance to just about everything. I would like to thank the owner. The condo was exactly what was advertised!

Summary: her eyes and coughimg. I thought that was caused by air conditioned whose set has to be cleaned. Some walls have to be inspected. To myseldf nothing at all. For me everything was perfect, the bedrooms , the kitchen, the balcony, the pool. The living room was also good , the tv excepted. Some sport stations were missing as ESPN(S). I guess the owners were not sport fans.

Summary: The outside was really nice and inviting. I love the coziness and the pool view was beautiful especially at night. I really enjoyed my stay there. If I was to change anything it would be the shutters being opened and screens in the windows so that I could have really opened up the place. Other than that it was perfect.
